| Marty enters the business with over 10 years experience in the field of install. He started his career working for “The Little Guys” and eventually went on his own in early 2007. His passion for the logistical side of home theater runs deep and is ultimately on display post each and every install. His skillset ranges from mounting flat panel Tv’s on wall to full home automation control. He is well versed on both the commercial and residential side of things. With the mindset of no job is too small he has been able to grown his business exponentially. He is big on technical specs but presents it to his clients in a language that is easy to comprehend. He believes in quality work and backs it up with an open door policy. If he touches the job he owns it. | James has been selling electronics on and off for over 10 years. He was a top performer at the Santa Monica based Magnolia prior to the Best Buy buyout. His most recent tenor with HHgregg left him jobless until Marty and him joined forces. His selling approach is simple and respected. Simplifying the decision making process by providing honest and direct support. As technology advances most consumers are in fearful when purchasing high tech gear. James believes people buy from people and he incorporates that personal touch in each transaction. ” I want a customer comfortable moving forward with me and seek to over satisfy in hopes of a referral”.
